I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience at Audi Clearwater! As a first-time car buyer, I was honestly a little nervous going into the process, but the entire team made the experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thank you to my salesman, Leo. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about Audi. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly appreciated how attentive he was to what I was looking for. Andre was also incredibly friendly and helpful. He was willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. I also want to give a thank you to George. He was great when it came to answering all of my financial questions and taking the time to explain everything to me. He has even gone above and beyond by helping me navigate the process with my previous car, which has been incredibly helpful. And Ted was very nice and welcoming as well! Overall, my first car-buying experience was such a great one, and I truly feel like everyone at Audi Clearwater went above and beyond for me. The level of customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. I’m so grateful to everyone who helped make this such a positive experience. I have purchased multiple cars from Andre. He is very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right. We bought our first Audi from Andre Thomas at Audi of Clearwater in 2021. His knowledge of the car market as well as his ability to “hear” what the customer needs made that experience perfect. In fact, Andre made such an impression on us that when it came time to make another purchase we called him though we have moved to Mississippi from Florida. Andre found the car that we wanted, handled all of the details and shipped the car right to my front door. This is above and beyond the call of duty but will insure that we buy our 3rd Audi from Andre at Audi Clearwater.
