UPDATE November 2025. Crown Audi is out of control with their prices. Even though I have known their prices to be high I felt it was worth it to make sure my vehicle was serviced correctly and kept in good shape. I took my vehicle in for an AC issue. I was floored at the cost I was quoted. I paid for their diagnosis and took the vehicle elsewhere for repair. It was less than half the price for the same repair. In addition I keep several $1 bills in my console for tips when going through a drive through. They were gone. Crown Audi adds a fee for shop supplies, which is pretty standard nowadays, but there are some services that don't require shop supplies. Now they are charging a 3% fee if you pay with a charge card. This should be a cost of doing business. I understand small businesses doing this, but can't understand how a large corporation like Crown Audi has to do this! Just another fee and more PROFIT. It will be a cold day before I return to Crown Audi or any other Crown dealership. I always have a great experience when having my Audi serviced at Crown Audi. I liken getting my car serviced to going to the doctor or getting a prescription filled. No one likes it or wants to spend money on it, but it is necessary. Mandy Walters always make the experience as painless as possible. She is a true asset to the organization. Also a shout out to Ellis Childers, the concierge who assists with a loaner vehicle. My vehicle is now back in tip top running condition.

Received great service at Audi of Clearwater when I brought my car in for service. Had issues with my MMI. George the sales representative was great and went above and beyond. Fady and Ellis assisted with checking on the part that was on order.

I always have a great experience when having my Audi serviced at Crown Audi. I liken getting my car serviced to going to the doctor or getting a prescription filled. No one likes it or wants to spend money on it, but it is necessary. Mandy Walters always make the experience as painless as possible. She is a true asset to the organization.
