This is the first time I have ever walked into a dealership and been treated with such kindness and respect. As a woman buying a car, I felt valued and heard. George Rangelov helped me find the absolute perfect vehicle for me. Never once did he rush me or pressure me into making a decision. He said the cars speak for themselves, and you'll know what car is yours when you find it. His years of experience and his passion about Audi as a brand, but especially about helping fit me with what was meant to be was worth its weight in gold. He gave me a fair offer for my trade in, was very transparent with the numbers and valued my time. By the end of the transaction, I felt very much a part of the family. In doing the paperwork, Chris in finance was thorough and honest. He went over every single thing you could possibly imagine when buying a car. He answered all my questions, provided humor and shared in my joy for my new purchase. He made sure all the t's were crossed and the i's were dotted. Beyond my specific transaction, the overall dealership was absolutely calm, even though it was a Saturday. There was a peace in the air that took out any stress and preconceived notions I had going into a car dealership. It is run like a well oiled machine. You absolutely feel the difference in the branding and the ownership. I cannot thank each of you enough for adding to my amazing experience! This is my first Audi but we'll be adding more to our garage soon!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience at Audi Clearwater! As a first-time car buyer, I was honestly a little nervous going into the process, but the entire team made the experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thank you to my salesman, Leo. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about Audi. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly appreciated how attentive he was to what I was looking for. Andre was also incredibly friendly and helpful. He was willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. I also want to give a thank you to George. He was great when it came to answering all of my financial questions and taking the time to explain everything to me. He has even gone above and beyond by helping me navigate the process with my previous car, which has been incredibly helpful. And Ted was very nice and welcoming as well! Nothing but good things to say about our experience at Audi Clearwater. George Rangelov negotiated a very fair deal with us, and took the time to regularly update us on the vehicle delivery. He was super helpful in assisting with the setup and spent hours with the set up and taking us through the features and available customizations. The transaction itself was very smooth and Chris Grow handled all of the paperwork (there must be an easier way to do this). No hesitation at all in recommending Audi Clearwater and my wife is very happy as they have ice in the waiting area cafe.
