Joe Osmani treated me to what was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. He was knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of what I said I needed and wanted, without pushing me to options or things I knew were not what I wanted. The way he handled the entire transaction saved me my most valuable asset: my time. He took the time to set up my app after the purchase and truly walk me through how to use the touch screen and systems of the car. He was prompt and polite and had me smiling to the process. My husband and I recently purchased a 2025 Audi Q5 from Audi Clearwater. We could not be happier with our purchase. I initially spoke with Randy who was not available when we wanted to come in and he advised we would be meeting with Joe. The entire process from start to finish was flawless. Joe sent us a video of the vehicle the morning of our appointment, which we very much appreciated. Joe was professional, personable and very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. He spent a good amount of time helping us set everything up. He wanted to make sure we understood all the features the vehicle has to offer. I had a great experience buying my car here! Joe was an excellent salesperson, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He took the time to explain everything, walk me through the entire process, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. He also did a great job showing me all the features of the car. Davy in Finance was fantastic as well. He clearly explained the differences between the packages and only recommended what truly made sense for me and my needs, which I really appreciated. Garrett in Service was just as amazing, he made sure any and everything I needed was taken care of without any hassle. The whole team truly went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for a car!
