I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience at Audi Clearwater! As a first-time car buyer, I was honestly a little nervous going into the process, but the entire team made the experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thank you to my salesman, Leo. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about Audi. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly appreciated how attentive he was to what I was looking for. Andre was also incredibly friendly and helpful. He was willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. I also want to give a thank you to George. He was great when it came to answering all of my financial questions and taking the time to explain everything to me. He has even gone above and beyond by helping me navigate the process with my previous car, which has been incredibly helpful. And Ted was very nice and welcoming as well! Overall, my first car-buying experience was such a great one, and I truly feel like everyone at Audi Clearwater went above and beyond for me. The level of customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. I’m so grateful to everyone who helped make this such a positive experience.
