I recently had my Audi Q5 serviced at Audi Clearwater. As usual Mandy Walters was my service advisor. My experience was great and the service was completed on time when she told me it would be ready. She had the service tech send me a video detailing the service performed. I'm on my 4th Audi and people like Mandy make working with them a pleasure.

UPDATE November 2025. Crown Audi is out of control with their prices. Even though I have known their prices to be high I felt it was worth it to make sure my vehicle was serviced correctly and kept in good shape. I took my vehicle in for an AC issue. I was floored at the cost I was quoted. I paid for their diagnosis and took the vehicle elsewhere for repair. It was less than half the price for the same repair. In addition I keep several $1 bills in my console for tips when going through a drive through. They were gone. Crown Audi adds a fee for shop supplies, which is pretty standard nowadays, but there are some services that don't require shop supplies. Now they are charging a 3% fee if you pay with a charge card. This should be a cost of doing business. I understand small businesses doing this, but can't understand how a large corporation like Crown Audi has to do this! Just another fee and more PROFIT. It will be a cold day before I return to Crown Audi or any other Crown dealership. I always have a great experience when having my Audi serviced at Crown Audi. I liken getting my car serviced to going to the doctor or getting a prescription filled. No one likes it or wants to spend money on it, but it is necessary. Mandy Walters always make the experience as painless as possible. She is a true asset to the organization. Also a shout out to Ellis Childers, the concierge who assists with a loaner vehicle. My vehicle is now back in tip top running condition.

Mandy Walters is absolutely wonderful! She is my go-to person every time I bring my car in for service, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She is always welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is taken care of. What I appreciate most about Mandy is that she makes the entire service experience easy and stress-free. She keeps me informed, answers all of my questions, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy before I leave. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides this level of customer service every single time. Mandy is a huge asset to the service department, and she is one of the main reasons I continue to feel comfortable bringing my car here. I have purchased multiple cars from Andre. He is very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right. Additionally, he went over all the features of the new car to make sure I could use them all to their full potential. Highly recommended!! Mandy in the service department is the best. If you’re dealing with the Audi Clearwater service department, ask for Mandy. She is excellent and is definitely knowledgeable with every facet of their service. She is customer oriented and goes above and beyond every single time. She makes arrangements that meets your time requirements. I have done business with this dealership for 15 years now with 4 different automobiles and she has been consistently excellent every time!
