I took my car for its first service appointment. My service advisor Nicholas Triplett was very professional, polite and accommodating. I had some problems with my new vehicle which weren’t his fault. He gave me complimentary shuttles to and from the dealership and provided a vehicle for me while problems were addressed. He made all of the arrangements for me free of charge. I’ve never been treated so well by an auto dealership. First class!

Tate was professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for without making me feel pressured.
