I bought my first car from Audi Clearwater, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. When we first walked into the dealership, none of the sales representatives approached us or seemed interested in helping. Eventually, Steve came over and asked what we needed, and I ended up purchasing my vehicle through him. One of my biggest issues is that Steve told me the car had features that it did not actually have. I specifically wanted ambient lighting, and that was a major reason I decided to purchase this particular vehicle. I relied on the information I was given by the salesperson, only to find out afterward that the car did not have the feature I was told it had. Throughout the process, I did not feel confident that Steve actually knew the vehicle or its features. The situation with my spare key has been even more frustrating. I was explicitly told that someone at Audi Clearwater had the spare key to the used vehicle I purchased and that I could simply come back and pick it up. I waited two or three weeks and drove back to the dealership, only to be told that they never had the key and that the previous owner still had it. I was then told they couldn’t do anything or order another key until the previous owner responded. Four days later, Steve texted me saying they had finally gotten in contact with her. Another week went by with no resolution or proper update, and I had to call Audi myself again to find out what was happening. Now I’m being told they have to order me a new key anyway. This entire situation has been incredibly unprofessional. I should not have to repeatedly call and follow up over something that was represented as included with the vehicle when I purchased it. Between being given incorrect information about the car’s features and the ongoing confusion surrounding the spare key, I’ve lost a lot of trust in how this sale was handled. The gentleman who helped me in finance was very nice, and I have no complaints about my experience with him. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with Steve. Based on my experience, there needs to be significantly better communication, product knowledge, follow-through, and accountability from both the salesperson and management.

I was very pleased to meet and consummate a deal for my new 2023 A6 with a young lady by the name of Samantha Hostetler yesterday. Samantha was a true professional in her knowledge and willingness to make a great deal on this car for me. She embodies the character and integrity that both Audi and Crown Audi shows to all its customers. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and they really are a fantastic group of people. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Samantha. three years later and I just completed another deal for a 2026 A6 with Steve Yeager. Again a great experience from begining to end. This dealership is WONDERFUL and Steve was exceedingly helpful. This dealership is an hour away from me and there is a closer one in Sarasota, but the level of service and professionalism from everyone there makes the ride worthwhile.

The salesperson named Steve in elderly gentleman was very thorough and professional and also a great listener... I actually left my wallet by his desk and he was honest and nice enough to call me back as he had kept my number from previous contact to inform me that my wallet was there after I was freaking out
