I bought a used car from BMW of Tallahassee and couldn't be happier with how it went. Ben was the one who helped me, and he was excellent — patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into anything. He answered every question I had honestly. The car itself was in great condition and immaculately clean when I picked it up. You can tell they actually put work into their used inventory rather than just moving it off the lot. This was my first visit to the Service Department. I was pleasantly greeted by Craig Johnson who was my representative every step of the way. There was a recall on my car he took care of and he kept me informed of the time necessary for this. He met with me when my service was finished and went over everything and made sure I understood. Craig also set me up with a young man (Ben) who refreshed me on the interior workings of the car. It was an outstanding experience. The waiting area was lovely and Craig kept checking in on me as my stay was several hours. I learned so much about my car while I was there and I was treated like a queen. I will finish by saying my husband bought this BMW for me and I wasnt thrilled about it. I rarely drove it. Craig Johnson and his staff completely turned me around and I even bought the BMW Gund Bear to ride around as my co pilot! I am really enjoying my car now and my knowledge about it. Craig gave me his number for future appointments so please keep him around. He exemplifies excellent customer service!!
