Purchased a used 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from Ben, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I bought a used car from BMW of Tallahassee and couldn't be happier with how it went. Ben was the one who helped me, and he was excellent — patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into anything. He answered every question I had honestly. The car itself was in great condition and immaculately clean when I picked it up. You can tell they actually put work into their used inventory rather than just moving it off the lot.
