Had my first oil change since I leased my BMW in December. Was a little nervous because my Son spearheaded me getting a reliable vehicle since the passing of his father. I live here in Florida and he lives in Georgia the car was purchased in GA. So I did not know what to expect. I was relieved because Craig Johnson was great explained everything and put me at ease. Also the young man who helped me with a loaner was very polite I think his name is Sam. Lastly Ashlynn, I think, is very knowledgeable on how BMWs and how they work. She gave me some helpful suggestions on what to do and what not to do as far as the vehicle is concerned. She was very tactful and polite about it and I appreciated that the overall experience turned out great. Lastly whoever detailed my car made it look like brand new again 😊

I absolutely loved CJ's care and approachability when handling my car service. I am also a visual learner, so the fact that the service techs had a video and showed me everything that needed attention under my car, along with a printout was above and beyondI will definitely be returning for continued service. I was a thousand percent satisfied with my experience and I loved the fact that they told and showed me what was good, some things to watch out for and what needed immediate attention, but didn't pressure me to get anything done all at once like some dealerships do. Hands down my best experience at a bmw dealership in the 15 years I've been a customer to multiple bmw service centers nationwide and overseas while in the military.
