Had a 5 star experience during my car service with CJ. Everything went smoothly and expediently, CJ kept me updated every step of the way. Car was washed and cleaned with a great attention to detail. They were able to accommodate me even when I forgot my physical car key. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved CJ's care and approachability when handling my car service. I am also a visual learner, so the fact that the service techs had a video and showed me everything that needed attention under my car, along with a printout was above and beyondI will definitely be returning for continued service. I was a thousand percent satisfied with my experience and I loved the fact that they told and showed me what was good, some things to watch out for and what needed immediate attention, but didn't pressure me to get anything done all at once like some dealerships do. Hands down my best experience at a bmw dealership in the 15 years I've been a customer to multiple bmw service centers nationwide and overseas while in the military.
