After a scary break down on capital circle,with a power train notice on the screen I knew I had to bring my car to BMW. Jessica Carbaugh was my contact service person. She was attentive, polite, and answered all my questions promptly. The service and care shown to me and my car was excellent. The car also had another issue , brakes and rotars that was fixed promptly. I will be. Back.

Im not sure if my review went through, but Michael Tazzani is worth writing about him again. Michael is very knowledgeable on BMWs this is my 4th BMW are purchased from MT 5th from Capital BMW. They have always been fair, no pressure and always done me right with a trade in value. That is very important to me. I will be back in a few years to buy electric!
