Buying a car can be stressful, but George Ma made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and never once made me feel like I was being pushed into a decision. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and genuinely wanted me to feel confident in my purchase—even if that meant checking out other dealerships first. What really impressed me was that he reached out after the purchase to make sure everything was going well. That level of care says a lot about the kind of person he is. The rest of the team was just as welcoming and made the whole experience a pleasure. If you’re in the market for a BMW, definitely ask for George—you’ll be in great hands. Did I mention that I LOVEEE the new BMW!??

From start to finish for two vehicles George was beyond amazing to deal with made the process super easy and was able to locate our dream x5 for us very fast. I always dread going to car dealerships since they almost always hound and bother you while you are there but George made it feel like I was shopping for a new car with a friend easily one of the best experiences at a dealership I have ever had!

Purchased an X7 from George. He did an excellent job. He delivered the car to my home and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure to take his time carefully communicating throughout the process. Would recommend BMW of Tallahassee for George alone! This location is much better run than others in South Florida. Would highly recommend this location even if it is not local.
