The person who sold me the car didn't have my best interest in mind. Didn't offer to tell me anything about the vehicle. My car ran hot without warning after a normal drive around the city. Never should have happened. However, Jessica Carbaugh was awesome in her recovery of the issue. She kept me informed of everything stepped taken during the repair of the car.
