Cars.comRecently, my wife's X5 lease ended, and we reached out to Kevin Commissiong, and he was able to find a 2026 X5 in Texas that was the correct color (inside and out) and it had every option that we wanted, and he was able to secure the vehicle for us. Within a few days, the new X5 was here and ready to be picked up. When we got to the dealership, the X5 was waiting for us in the special showroom, and within less than an hour, we had signed the papers and were ready to drive it away. Kevin did a super job, very friendly and professional throughout the process. We love this dealership and have been doing business for almost 30 years! The entire BMW team, from Crawford Atkins on down the line are just the very BEST. We highly recommend this BMW dealer, Kevin, and also the Service staff. Interestingly, we rarely come in for anything other than the annual service visit.

YelpI drove down to test drive a late model BMW about 2 weeks ago and was greeted very professionally by my assigned Executive Client Advisor, Conner Stroud. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We were sure we wanted to move forward with this purchase after consulting with the Financial Services Manager and agreed on the documentation required to take the car home that day. After spending 2 hours more than I anticipated, the documentation requirements changed after my sales consultant had to leave and I was handed off to Jeremy Christoph, the Pre-owned Sales Manager, who informed me that the Financial Services Manager wanted the car paid in full before leaving and no longer was my USAA preapproval and my $10,000.00 deposit to hold the car until after Christmas, good enough. I wanted the car so bad, I was tempted to just pay for it in full, however, things happen for a reason kids! I like dealing with 100% transparency, but when you change the rules more than halfway through the game, that is now considered "pressure sales" and not acceptable in my world. Good news! While I was spending Christmas with my family, I found a newer BMW, still under the manufacturer's warranty that I fell in love with and bought, took delivery January 3rd. I'm so happy the Financial Services Manager refused my $10,000 deposit!!! THANK YOU, Michael Johnson!!!

Google1/3/24 - Another FIVE STAR review for the crew at BMW of Tallahassee! Ian Wyre, Jeremy C., and my car tech Josh, all gave me excellent service. I was warmly welcomed and informed of my routine car service from start to finish (they even cleaned my car, top notch! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU! Jeremy C., Mike J., and Clayton were all AWESOME!! They got me into my THIRD brand new BMW at an unbelievable price, and walked me through all of the steps with patience and care. I love my new BMW!! :)
