I have dealt with many dealers over the years. There aren’t many that I would actually recommend, but I do recommend BMW of Tallahassee. Kevin Commissiong in sales is amazing! I don’t’ even know how many questions I asked him, but he was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the amount of time and effort Kevin spent with me helping me to make a decision then explaining the process once the decision was made. He gave options, but was never pushy. Pressure to buy and add more options is the quickest way to get me to walk. That was never an issue with Kevin. If you want to buy a car go ask for Kevin. He went above and beyond for me and he will for you too!

While the cars are undeniably incredible, it is the exceptional service that truly sets this dealership apart. Kevin, the internet sales manager, was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about all things BMW. He was highly personable and made our entire buying experience completely seamless. We had actually just visited another dealership, but decided to finalize our transaction here solely because of the superb service. Highly recommend!

Buying a car can be stressful, but George Ma made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and never once made me feel like I was being pushed into a decision. Recently, my wife's X5 lease ended, and we reached out to Kevin Commissiong, and he was able to find a 2026 X5 in Texas that was the correct color (inside and out) and it had every option that we wanted, and he was able to secure the vehicle for us. Within a few days, the new X5 was here and ready to be picked up. When we got to the dealership, the X5 was waiting for us in the special showroom, and within less than an hour, we had signed the papers and were ready to drive it away. Kevin did a super job, very friendly and professional throughout the process. We love this dealership and have been doing business for almost 30 years! The entire BMW team, from Crawford Atkins on down the line are just the very BEST. We highly recommend this BMW dealer, Kevin, and also the Service staff. Interestingly, we rarely come in for anything other than the annual service visit.

Nice facility. Low pressure environment. Trade-in went very smoothly. We are from out of town so we did some prep work on locating the vehicle and setting up the trade remotely. Our sales person Kevin Commissiong was very helpful on the remote elements and very accommodating, patient and responsive once we got to Tallahassee. Overall a good experience and thank you personally to Kevin.
