Ive purchased three Volvos from this dealership over the years and I love the brand because I feel safe and its an excellent car. On 10.20.25, I stopped by the dealership a second time and the service advisor was out so I asked to speak to someone else because I wasnt satisfied with the service received the week prior and having concerns about safety issues. Thanks to Nick Tinaro, the service manager who listened to my concerns and within a couple hours the car had been checked out and I was on my way with the assurance the car was safe to drive. Thanks again to Nick and the service team for their excellent customer service. A Satisfied Customer! Also, I met Junior Perez who was a very nice and really knowledgeable sales advisor who took the time to show me XC60s that were of interest to me. Thank you.

My vehicle had a 10000 mile service completed and an update for the Google operating system. Ryan Boatwright my service representative greeted me and my wife when we arrived and explained what service was being performed on our 2022 Volvo xc60. He also stated that the vehicle would be washed and vacuumed after the service. Ryan kept us informed on the progress of the service and that the update to the Google operating system would now allow for the automatic time zone change to function properly. He was right!!!! I live 3 miles from the eastern time zone in the Florida panhandle. We want to rate Ryan and his manager Nick Titino all 5s or 10s whichever rating system yall go with. We have owned a dozen Lincolns and several Acuras and Nissans and have never had the professional and personal experience that we had at Capital Euro Volvo of Tallahassee

I was having some serious issues with my Audi A8L and it was in the service department on several occasions. Once I got assigned to Mr. Nick Tinaro, I felt much more comfortable about getting it serviced there. Nick went above, beyond, and out of his way to assist me. I needed rentals, loaners and special care for my delicate situation. I would recommend him highly with great enthusiasm. He has a Can-Do attitude and is very passionate about his job. His attention-to-detail also shined during this process. So needless-to-say, Mr. Tinaro is without and a doubt, is the go-to person in the service department.

VERY NICE FACILITY AND LOTS TO CHOSE FROM. BILLY WAS A GREAT SALES REP. HE FOUND WHAT I WANTED. AFTER THE PURCHASE I DID HAVE ISSUES WITH MY NAVIGATION, VOICE COMMAND, AND ACC ERRORS. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE NAV & VOICE COMMAND WITH CHANGING OUT A MODULE. STILL HAVE ACC ERROR TO COME UP OCCASIONALLY. THE TRUNK DOES NOT OPEN WITH THE REMOTE. THE CAR IS THE SMOOTHEST RIDING AUTO THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AND AM VERY APPRECIATIVE OF THAT.
