Very average. Recently bought a 2017 GTI from an auction. I've been a loyal client of Capital for years. As current clients of Capital Mercedes, Capital BMW and Capital Range Rover this experience was not the experience I've come to know and expect. No inspection video, no loaner offered nor available, shuttle service had to be scheduled 24 hours in advance therefore I had to Uber, At pick up, Shelby, the advisor didn't review my services performed nor any recommendations needed. Car was not pulled to the front for pick up after payment (be prepared for a 3% charge to use your credit card). She asked if I saw my GTI and to have a good day after my acknowledgment. This new location is beautiful, but the atmosphere, warmth and services are lacking in comparison to the others.

I attempted to schedule an appointment online for brake pads and rotor replacement, but I got a message saying no service appointments were available within 90 days. I called the service department and got an appointment the next day. Although the parts weren't in stock, my advisor, Shelby King, ordered the parts quickly. Shelby was very apologetic, courteous, professional, and helpful. I would recommend Capital Volkswagen.

Shelby King was communicative and took time to explain what was being done. While I was frustrated at the length of time it took, they took the time to do it right which I am thankful for, especially since they are not an Audi dealer, but do service them. I would much rather bring it in once and let it be done right. I appreciate Shelby and the Service Team at Capital Eurocars.
