I had a great experience working with Dustin, my service advisor. He was attentive to my calls and texts, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. Most importantly, he made sure my car was properly fixed and even had it washed before I picked it up. The communication and attention to detail really stood out. He took time away from his busy schedule to schedule my 2018 VW Beetle for service and then personally managed the service process to ensure the work was completed in as little time possible.
