I drove four hours to purchase my new Volkswagen Jetta from this dealership, and it was worth every single mile. I can honestly say this is by far the best Volkswagen dealership in the southeast region. A huge part of the experience was Junior Perez, who was absolutely top notch and remarkable. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and never pushy, Junior made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. In my opinion, Junior represents the industry standard for what an outstanding automotive sales professional should be. I also want to recognize General Manager Talas Rogers, who was absolutely phenomenal. His professionalism and commitment to customer service are clearly reflected throughout the dealership. The entire team made me feel valued and confident that I had chosen the right place to purchase my Jetta. I had Volkswagen dealerships much closer to home, but I chose to make the four-hour drive, and I would gladly do it again. I absolutely love my new Jetta and could not be happier with the entire experience. If you're considering a Volkswagen, this dealership is worth the drive.
