My vehicle needed a complicated repair. Multiple calls to the manufacturer were required. The final paperwork looked like a home loan application! Shelby King and Nick Tinaro were extremely helpful with the necessary calls and keeping me updated on the progress.

Gave them my car on 8/26 due to a ECM issue and now its 9/16 and havent fixed my car yet. The guy working on my car, Nick, sounds like he doesnt know what hes doing at all and now they wont answer my calls. Theyll even pick up the phone and hang it back up so I cant leave voicemails either. The issue with my car is known but they swear they need to run more and more diagnostics but Im sure they really just want the money from the warranty company. Bunch of scam artists wholl keep your car for money. Who knows when Ill get mine back and I cant do anything but let them finish the service or Ill be on the hook for the insanely priced diagnostic fees. Take your car elsewhere for repairs.

I was having some serious issues with my Audi A8L and it was in the service department on several occasions. Once I got assigned to Mr. Nick Tinaro, I felt much more comfortable about getting it serviced there. Nick went above, beyond, and out of his way to assist me. I needed rentals, loaners and special care for my delicate situation. I would recommend him highly with great enthusiasm. He has a Can-Do attitude and is very passionate about his job. His attention-to-detail also shined during this process. So needless-to-say, Mr. Tinaro is without and a doubt, is the go-to person in the service department.
