Sebestian was able to handle a cross country sale with complications in the deliveries and all. We flew into Tallahassee, he offered to pick us up and we went to the dealership and were out of there in about 2 hours. He had already finished up a lot of the process for us so it was quick to leave. Ive purchased 3 cars through online now and this was the most accommodating experience so far. We shipped our trade in to them as well!

Volkswagen/Volvo of Tallahassee located on Capital Circle provides A+ service and salesmanship. I recently bought a certified pre-owned 2025 Volkswagen JETTA. It is beautiful! My salesman, Sebastian Cebollero was amazing! I came in and I had already checked online the car in which I was interested. It was still available so I told Sebastian my desires and financial concerns and he started running numbers after I shared with him standard financial information. I test drove the car and really liked the feel of it, its roominess, and all the what I like to call, extras. I was sold! My hardest part, I think, was qualifying for the loan without a co-signer, since my credit was on the downside. Sebastian took my info and went and consulted with one of the managers, I believe his name was Charles and after about 30 to 40 minutes, he returned to me with three or four different payment options. I was stunned! I didnt think I was going to qualify. In addition to being professional, knowledgeable and courteous, Sebastian showed that he genuinely cares about helping customers find the best deal. He made me feel at ease and allowed me to express myself and opinions while he listened. His responses were not always what I wanted to hear, but I felt he was sincere and honest.
