Tyler Robinson called me while I was on Capital VW website, asking if I needed more information about the vehicle I was looking at. A couple of days later my wife purchased that vehicle. Tyler spent quite a bit of time after the sale instructing her on operating some of the features on the vehicle. He was very patient when she asked to be shown again. When she first met Tyler she asked that no "high pressure" be used on her. He never pressured her to make a decision, but provided all the information she asked for. I do not think high pressure tactics were part of his nature.

I have recently purchased a 2025 Atlas and had the best experience with Junior Perez, Tyler Robinson and Mike Phillips. They all went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth. They are not pushy with sales and they all even stayed after their closing time to make sure everything was final. Junior had excellent communication from day one and Tyler had extreme patience teaching me the ins and outs of the technology. They continue to follow up with me to make sure I am satisfied and that I am enjoying my new car. Go see them, they are worth visiting!

Junior Perez did a fantastic job facilitating our new car purchase! My husband and I bought a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas after months of shopping for different cars to suit our familys needs.
