⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Abel at City Kia Service Department. From beginning to end, Abel demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, communication, transparency, and customer service. My vehicle came in with a significant A/C issue involving the evaporator core, but during the process additional problems were discovered, including a faulty sensor and an oil leak related to missing hardware from previous service. Abel kept me informed as each issue was discovered, explained what was happening, and made sure everything was properly addressed rather than simply fixing the original complaint and sending me on my way. What impressed me most was how much Abel genuinely worked with me throughout the entire process. He was transparent about the repairs and pricing, communicated consistently, and went out of his way to bring the final cost down and make the situation work for everyone involved. I never felt like I was being left in the dark or treated like just another repair order. I’ve owned several vehicles and thankfully haven’t had many that required this level of repair, but Abel made what could have been an extremely stressful experience significantly easier. His professionalism was honestly above and beyond what I have experienced with most service departments. The fact that he continued making sure everything was taken care of even on his day off says a lot about the level of pride he takes in his work and how seriously he treats his customers. City Kia has an outstanding service advisor in Abel. Management should absolutely recognize him for the level of customer service he provides. Because of how he handled this situation, I would have no hesitation returning to City Kia for future service. Five stars without question. Thank you, Abel, for taking care of me and my vehicle and for going far beyond what I expected.

Moved to Florida from Mesa, Az. Got a blow out . Didn't understand my warranty were third party and not KIA. Abel the service person that took my vehicle in was very patient, very understanding. This man got me in and out with zero cost. Car was was cleaned up before pick-up also. Third party picked it all up !! I'm replacing my car in April, this man should get the commission. He is the only reason I will look to City Kia of Greater Orlando FL. For my next car !!! Thanks Abel !!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In more than 12 years with City Kia, I’ve only had two service advisors before my newly assigned advisor, Abel Cruz. Douglas, who sadly recently passed away (RIP), was my first, followed by Josh for many years. I miss them both. I held both to a high standard, and they consistently exceeded my expectations. Now it’s Abel’s turn, and our first visit was a great start. It was simply an oil change, but an important one. My family and I were getting out of town for a short getaway, and I realized at the last minute that I would go over my oil-change mileage. I contacted Abel, and without hesitation, he got me in first thing Wednesday morning. I don’t think I’ve ever seen City Kia that quiet! No line when they opened and an empty waiting room. Abel greeted me respectfully and professionally, got my Kia taken care of quickly, and I left with a clean bill of health for my baby. Sometimes great service doesn’t require anything extraordinary—it’s simply doing your job well, treating the customer with respect, communicating honestly, and valuing their time. That’s exactly what Douglas and Josh demonstrated over the years, and Abel carried that same standard into our first visit. And to top it off, I was offered a complimentary breakfast! I gladly accepted and enjoyed a hot, delicious breakfast bagel while I waited. As always, I’ll be back. Based on my first experience, I’m happy to recommend Abel Cruz if you’re looking for a service advisor who will get you in and out while still taking the time to have an honest conversation with you.
