He was very helpful and attentive, he was transparent in showing me what was recommended for my car without being overly pushy which lead me to ultimately say yes to the additional service. He definitely made the experience comfortable even though him and the rest of the service team were sweating in the heat the entire time ?? their attitudes never reflected the conditions they were working in.
