Went in here spur of the moment and after a few hours left with a new car I love and within my budget. Terrence was who assisted me and he was never pushy, he listened to exactly what I needed. Everyone else through the process (JC and Carolina) were friendly and helpful.

**The best car-shopping experience ever** We were shopping for a SUV: We stayed the course and kept shopping, struggling with lack of customer service and no one was listening. . We knew our exact "must haves" and "absolutely-nots",it was literally just one thing in each category, so we were actually pretty open! Yet, it felt like no one was listening. Dealerships were just throwing cars at us like darts. Then it happened. Someone *actually* listened! Her name is Carolina. She responded***BOOM***and swiftly answered every single question spot-on. She was incredibly pleasant and explicitly assured us, "I am listening to you." We immediately cleared our schedule for the rest of the day and headed over to meet this unicorn of a human. We honestly joked: Is she AI? Is she a real person? It couldn't be... usually, only automated systems respond that fast, and humans don't always care that much. It had to be AI, right? NO! She is a very real, amazing person who then connected us with Edison. And ***BOOM***he heard us too! He stopped us and said, "Hold on, we have exactly what you described. It was just delivered, it's still on the truck!" BOOM! 💥City Kia of Orlando! Worth the drive to have the best auto purchase experience ever! I never buy new for myself. Vic convinced me to finally do this for Julie. I’m very grateful to him & my amazing team in Carolina & Edison😍💖 And Isabella loves her matching booster! 💖😍🐾

**The best car-shopping experience ever! ** Carolina’s amazing communication skills convinced us to bypass two closer Kia dealerships in Lake County and head straight here. Even after a minor initial hiccup, Edison stepped in quickly and executed an immediate 180 to ensure everything went perfectly. Both Edison and Carolina actually listened to me and made sure my needs were met. Every department, right down to accessories is top-notch and full of people who love what they do. Oh my heavens, Yes. I am working on my draft review this morning. It has to be perfect. First Carolina; just wow! We live in Eustis. I was talking with two other Kia dealerships in Lake County much closer. We had an appointment in Apopka & literally canceled & rescheduled another business appointment because of Carolina's amazing communication skills We stopped what we were doing and headed there We had a minor hiccup with our initial sales associate but Edison stepped in quickly and it did an immediate 180 I have had the very best experience of all of my car shopping experiences. What an amazing team. Everyone is top notch. Even in the accessory dept! They truly show they love what they do Edison and Carolina 'heard me' they payed attention & actually heard me which is something many sales people in all fields fail to do. I am very grateful
