Service center at City Kia is the best I have ever been to. I had an appointment for my first service check and oil change. I pulled up they took my car right back. I went in and met with Cathy who checked me in, showed me where to go and wait, she even gave me a ticket for a free hot dog from a truck outside...never in my life have I ever seen that, I though that was just the coolest thing. She said my car would be done around 4:15pm and around 4:20pm she came in and got me, and walked me out to my car...I absolutely loved that...I definitely made a good decision when I came here to buy my new car...
