I had both front and rear Brakes done on 9/11/26 on my 2016 Sorento and was very pleased with price and job done. My service advisor Daniel Landeiro recommended the brake service be done with detailed information as to why and my knowledge of how my brake pedals been reacting convinced me to get it done. It was great working with Daniel as he kept me informed of the mechanics progression. I like that city Kia reaches out to me to see if I’m completely satisfied with the work that was completed. Highly recommend this service center for your vehicle needs.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Daniel from Kia . He was very patient especially since I was extremely nervous and clearly explained exactly what needed to be done to my car based on the quote. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. We had a wonderful experience at City Kia when we purchased our 2025 Kia Soul! Juan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchasing process and has continued to be helpful and responsive with any questions we’ve had since then. It’s nice to know you can count on someone even after the sale is complete. We recently had our first oil change, and that experience went just as smoothly. I brought my car in from NJ as I was on a trip to Disney. After having extreme difficulty in NJ getting my car done this Kia dealership was extremely helpful and understanding on my situation. They also made sure the car was done well before my vacation was over to head back home. We worked with Daniel in service and he was fantastic!
