I was assisted by Johnny and David Castro. At first I was not pleased with the vehicles I wanted for me and when I was about to leave David suggested I take a look at the 2020 kia sporterage. It was the suv I was looking for!😊 He worked a great deal for my husband and I and I am very happy with my new suv. Johnny was great to. He initially helped us with a few selections and he assisted David when needed . They both took great care of us and I will be recommending City Kia and their team. Excellent Service and great car /suv inventory.

I was in a pickle and I'm here in Florida for job training, they was able to see me right away and in no time under the recall my trunk was fixed and I was in the road. Even got a free car wash. Great service

Had a horrible experience with another local Kia dealer's service department. City Kia made everything seamless, easy, and with absolutely no hassle which for me is unheard of in a service department. Had my car taken care of in one day compared to the other dealer which had 3 days and still had not made any progress to getting my car completed. Would 100% be bringing my car back. JR was my service writer (Keith Parker I believe was his actual name) and he was nice, helpful, and prompt. Killed it.
