Great Service. Please give my name Colleen Tomassetti-Cartier when purchasing a new vehicle you get $100.00 off and they will send me $100.00 to it is a win-win. I love my Kia Sportage you turn on car and 60 seconds later it is 60 degrees even when it is 100 degrees outside. I had a Kia Soul it was great too, but the Sportage is bigger and better. In January a few years back I purchased my car from the most excellent sales representative Mr. Diego Rodriguez at City Kia the team was fantastic including Carter Krejci the finance manager. The personal touch they brought me the vehicle of my choice right to my home for my test drive and I purchased it right on the spot. They went out of there way to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for and even had another employee waiting in a back up car to bring my sales representative back to the dealership. They changed my tag right in my driveway. They Waited patiently while I added my car to my insurance policy and said if I needed anything to contact them. That is the way a customer should be treated I felt like a movie star. When looking for your next car you ask for Diego at City Kia and you tell them Colleen Tomassetti-Cartier sent you and we will both get $100.00 how is that for a deal. God bless and happy car shopping. 02/09/2023 I needed to get some service an oil change and some additional work Kimberly (Not there anymore) greeted me super nice very friendly with a very happy smile as always when I arrive for oil changes or up keep of my Kia. (Jr.) Kevin Parker (UNABLE TO SEE IF HE IS THERE) Service advisor was friendly and kind as always and this time got me a Lyft to work my first every the Lyft driver was nice and friendly as well a wonderful experience...06/2023 Once again oil change due Kimberly was not there, but Mary [not there anymore] was she was so kind whilst awaiting (Jr.) Kevin Parker my Service Advisor this time we chatted bit more he got me the sevice I needed with a smile always helpful. The team is fantastic. I met with Joe Sales manager we talked about my Sportage and how I love my car I would not trade for a Mercedes. We talked about some future options and he will get back with me in a few days. This place treats you like family they even feed you. I did not see Kimberly at my last oil change a few days ago really miss her. As always (Jr.) KEVIN PARKER excellent service and faster then they promised. I am however still awaiting finance To reach out to me as I have requested them to do so several times about getting a extended service contract.01/2024 Ctc Kimberly and Juan did a great job this time 07/2024 Now 01/24/2026 Anthony George Service Advisor did a great job with recall service and oil change. Patrick is the best sales representative. Met with Service Manager Frank and he went over upcoming service needs and when should get them done.

My experience in Kia City was excellent from the moment we entered through the door until we reached the place where Mr. Diego Rodrguez was an excellent seller, excellent person, thank you for all your attention, thanks to the gentleman who intervened with those of the bank, excellent person, thanks to the financier, I do not remember his name.
