After my previous bad experience, I spoke with Luna and his manager, Polanco, to explain everything that had happened. They apologized repeatedly and assured me that this was not the type of experience they wanted their customers to have. They convinced me to give the dealership a second chance. Unfortunately, the second visit was just as disappointing. The experience was so poor that I declined every additional service. I only came in to have my decals taken care of, and I even refused an oil change because I would rather pay $120 somewhere else than return for service here. What surprises me is the huge difference between the sales department and the service department. When you’re buying a car, everyone is attentive and welcoming. Once you come back for service, it feels like customer service disappears and the focus shifts to selling you more products instead of taking care of your needs. I work in customer service, so I know how important the customer experience is. Here are a few things I would recommend: * Train your team on customer service. A customer should never have to chase employees just to find out what the next step is. * A simple “Good morning” and asking if someone needs help goes a long way. Several times I felt like I was bothering employees just by walking into the office. * Consistency is key. Follow up with your customers throughout the service process so they know what’s happening and don’t feel ignored. * Don’t wait until the survey arrives to find out a customer had a bad experience. Reach out before the survey is sent by email or text to make

I needed a part for my car but wasn’t sure which part, spoke with Don the parts manager at City KIA and together we figured out what I needed, he got the part from his warehouse and got me on my way. My car is running like a dream again. Thanks for the great care.

Don’t do business here. Sales man Walter lies and plays games and had my credit run over 20 times. Don’t do business with them. They scam you for spiffs and bank rebates they don’t tell you about.

I have to leave this review. I’m kinda guy who almost never take the car to dealers nervous I always feel that I’m being trapped . I had to bring my car for a recall and the service adviser Juan Castillo was superb. Explained all the ins and outs and a what to expect. In any time I felt I was being upsold or put on any pressure to do a service other than what I went there for. Besides him, the whole kia dealer experience was better than any other place I’ve been. Don’t hesitate to go there if you wanna feel in good hands. They even washed my old car giving it the treatment as a brand new car.

The radio has never worked right from the beginning & I couldn't leave it for 2 days- that's what I was told & you don't have a loaner to let people drive home & I AM NOT GOING TO RENT A CAR IT SHOULD OF BEEN CHECKED COMPLETELY BEFORE I DROVE OFF WITH IT..I don't know alot of people that can go into a dealership & pay off a car in a month but I did..Rant over

Very bad experience!! The guys think they are working in their fancy house out there. As a family with kids, we were looking to buy a used Kia Telluride or similar so we decided to step by the main supplier of the brand. after checking in a young girl took us to a table and started to ask all those necessary and unnecessary questions that she needed to see what kind of customers we are, but we felt like we were in a court investigation for about 15min :/ but we were very cooperative since we were very interested to buy. The worst part is: after when she’s done with the interview she called an other representative to take her place in the table and once he sat down he started over again from the beginning by asking same questions and what are we looking for..etc !! WHAT!!? I’m sorry but we’re not going to be investigated again. You have already all the informations so let’s move forward no?? 😮‍💨😮‍💨 Also, we were ready to pay a good amount cash to get this car (more than 15k) but instead of informing us about their process to finance or showing us their inventory, car features, trims or even similar models he said: “sorry we don’t sell cars with this budget here” 😳😳😳 OMG. I’m sorry but this is absolutely not how we treat walk-in customers with thousands of dollars ready to put down to get a car from a branded company with a luxurious store in central florida, dear salesman. Anyway, now Because of you, Sir, I don’t imagine myself dealing with any KIAs service person in the future like that. So I will shop around for an other brand who respects potential clients.

The frontline team is professional and makes it a point to keep us informed throughout the entire process. We don't know any other service team that goes to the lengths that City Kia does to provide the information and level of service.

Seemed well organized and good experience I was treated well and was offered complimentary breakfast sandwiches that were very good and was treated very well and don't really have much to complain about the service
