Normally I don't leave negative reviews, especially with Kia because my entire family owns Kias and I've always had a great impression of the brand. In fact, I was genuinely excited to help my younger sister purchase her first car. Unfortunately, our experience with Ozuna was disappointing. Over the course of several days, he called us saying he couldn't make the numbers work for the price we were asking which is completely okay, I understand its business and they have to make something on their end as well, but in the final call he agreed to the asking price for the model we wanted. However when we returned to the dealership to purchase, he went back on his word and said he was referring to a different model. We never spoke about any other models during the entire time we communicated over the phone and even confirmed the model we wanted when he agreed! Buying a car is already a stressful process, and we expected a more transparent and straightforward experience. We came in ready to purchase and excited about the vehicle, but the back-and-forth and inconsistent messaging made the process frustrating. I still believe in the Kia brand and would consider purchasing another Kia in the future, but definitely at another dealership and with someone else. This particular sales experience fell short of the expectations my family and I have come to associate with Kia.

Just left Kia in Orlando with my parents who wanted a Kia. Was greeted by OZUNA!!! When I tell you his knowledge of Cars, prices and Market value? Unbelievable. I almost bought a car and I already have one. Stop by City KIA of Greater Orlando and speak to OZUNA!!! Thanks guys. A-1 service.
