yesterday I was at City Kia and the attention was spectacular, Job Gomez was our sales man and it couldn't have been better, he served very well, he was very patient and met our expectations, I made a trade in for my car and he gave us the car we wanted, the attention with the financier Eric Welsh was excellent, I couldn't ask for more. ayer estuve en city kia y la atencion fue expectacular, job gomez fue nuestro hombre de ventas y mejor no pudo ser, no atendio super bien, tuvo mucha paciencia y cumplio con nuestras espectativas, yo hice un trade in por mi carro y el nos dio el carro que queriamos, la atencion con el financista Eric welsh fue exelente, mas no puedo pedir.

Own vehicles from this dealer. Recently went back to try and get another lease and unfortunately weren't able to make a deal. However, service was still great and I would still recommend this dealer to anyone. Worked with Sebastian and Eric this time around, no complaints on my end!

Sad to say, I have been disappointed twice this year, 2023, with the Kia service department. On May 2023, I came for regular oil change service, appointment was really early in the morning. I was one of the 1st cars here. I will say it was a disaster. They misplaced my keys and almost 5 hours later I finally was heading home. I believe they didn't even check all fluids like they claimed they did because I didn't have any windshield fluid refilled. Oh, and for all my troubles, they offered to fill my gas tank, but the employee was no longer there and supposedly no record of the offer. Today 11/15/2023 had an 11 am. appointment, arrived on time, and it took them 37 mins for service dept. to acknowledge and check in my car. I was in this place until 3:27pm. No one never came to provide updates, not even though the text messages they sent. I'm so highly disappointed with their service both times that I'm thinking about not getting into another Kia once my lease is up. Their customer service is very disappointing. MARCH 2, 2024 - Update and shame on me for giving them another opportunity of purchasing another Kia with them at City Kia OBT location. I told the finance guy that I need to have my payment due date for the middle of the month. I made him aware that 3 years prior the Sales Rep Jose told me I can change it and it is not the case with lease vehicles. Eric the financial guy told me very confidently that yes that has all changed and I can change the date before making my 1st payment. I called as he advised to be told that lease car payment due date can not be changed. ERIC truly lied to us just to complete the sale. My partner lease is up and we definitely are not coming to this Kia. People read the reviews and make wise decisions. These people do not care about you one bit it is all about making the sale and their money. With that being said there was a few great people not in Sales that did an awesome job. In the Accessories dept Aisha provided me with extremely excellent customer service was straightforward with no bull crap. I do not regret going to get my tints with her. She is an asset to City Kia Accessories dept. Keep being great Aisha and thank you for your awesome service.

Went in yesterday for a service ended up buying a new forte. Darrien and Eric were just flat out amazing. By the time my old car was done with updates I had already signed.
