On the 29th of July I was at City Kia for a routine maintenance for my Kia Sportage hybrid systems. Franco Papagno from the service department was my service advisor he explained to me the process of what being done and gave an approximate time of completion. To my surprise the job was completed faster than what expected Franco and service team again did great job was able to get in and out of the dealership.

Excellent service! But wait time for an oil change is ridiculously too long! The minimum i have waited is 3 hours. They do offer a ride anywhere near by and back but i live 27 miles away and not always i have something to do nearby. Other than that i will highly recommend this Kia service Center. Employees Worked With: Franco the service advisor is amazing.
