DealerRaterCharged me for a lot of things that I did not know that I needed. Purchased a CD player - which they installed in my glove compartment but it is not connected to my electrical panel. I have not been able to play 1 CD yet.

DealerRaterIm very happy that my request of negotiating the car over the phone to avoid dreadfully sitting at a dealership for hours was respected. We had our own financing and Franz was quick to respond and put the deal together. He even delivered the car to our home the same day. We dont even have to go to the dealership which was amazing.
