This shout out is specific to German Lopez, service advisor. While my family was on vacation at Disney Springs, our Van stopped recognizing our smart key. We had it towed to the local dealership, City Kia, Where it sat for hours not being seen. Once I got a hold of German, he owned the entire process front to back and communicate communicated expectations as as well as as followed through! Thank you German!

Excellence for everything! Terrence and the whole sales team treated me like family and help with anything. I got a vehicle here. On the phone and in person they care and help you. I don’t want to go anywhere else. I don’t get the same level of greatness anywhere else. On first service visit German and another advisor were so helpful and all the staff who created me were doing a great job! Go here they are the best and I am not getting paid to write this.
