Job Gomes is an excellent salesperson! I received unimpressed offers from other Kia dealerships the same day and Job listened to my concerns and was able to produce an affordable offer after consulting with the sales manager, Felix - who was also amazing and took the time to explain the differences in prices and features. Usually, you don't hear from the salesperson after the sale has been made, but Job has reached out to inquire about any concerns, which was very impresing. Additionally, the contract person, James, was down to earth, and the customer relations rep, Maria, has followed up multiple times to make sure the vehicle was meeting expectations. Quite honestly, I've never had such an amazing experience during and after the car buying process!

Every staff member we met were friendly & welcoming. Job was diligent & accommodating during the sales negotiations. The financing agreement was explained thoroughly & patiently by James. Aisha was engaging & knowledgeable with the accessories, which convinced us to add them. What was most important to us was the after sales service that we received. The staff, namely James, Aisha, & Christian, addressed any and all concerns with the same courtesy and patience that was shown before the purchase. My last visit on 15Jul2025 was done with quick efficiency by Jacob, John, & Sam. I look forward to future interactions with City Kia & its staff, and hope theyll sustain this level of service for a long time.

11/10, would come again! I don't normally write up reviews but my experience here was so enlightening that I just had to share it with the world. I genuinely believe that this place deserves all of their success, and I hope this review will shed light and for those who are interested into buying a vehicle, I definitely recommend coming to this dealership 101% of the time. They are not your stereotypical dealership where you think they are just chasing after you for your money like a shark. They seem more like a majestic whale. In chronological order my experience: 1) First, Myles from Sales was a delight to work with. Very knowledgable & proficient at his job, and he was very friendly, cooperative, & understanding throughout the entire car-buying process. He is the man you want to hit up if you are looking to buy a vehicle. 2) James, from Finance got straight to the point and was very accomodating. Absolutely no pressure to buy any additional products at all so there was no tomfoolery in the finance office. It was a very efficient & enjoyable experience. He properly explained all of the products/policies they had and clearly listed out the prices so you are aware of what is offerred. 3) Virginia, the Customer Relations Manager was the final boss at the end of the entire process (in a good way of course) and she basically wants to ensure that you had an amazing & positive experience at this dealership. I got a nice goodie bag too with some freebies for becoming a part of the City Kia family! Some additional shoutouts: - John, one of the Sales Managers, was very easy to work with and catered to my needs. You can negotiate the numbers thanks to this guy. - Raul, the General Manager is a very loving man and it is clear that he wants the best for his people.
