I had an AMAZING experience buying a car from here. I was looking 15 minutes later Jesenia called, she was very professional, very sweet, very helpful all at 9pm. Jesenia then PROMISED me she’d have the Salesman Sebastian give me a call in the morning. And that he did! Sebastian was amazing the entire time, he definitely made me feel cared for, he was very professional, great guy, easy to talk to! When everyone asks me “Where did you get your car?” the answer is “City Kia of Greater Orlando, Sebastian helped me out!” very proudly. I got the car delivered to me with a full tank! Sebastian and the transport team brought it straight to my apartment. Couldn’t have been more in love with the car and the service!!

Quick and easy. .Samer greeted me with a nice smile, Very professional! Samer understood I was not feeling well and I was on a time crunch. Aisha, with accessories department introduced herself before finance. Teachable moment, I learned with JC, finance department which I didn't know regarding my car loan, adding any little extra money towards my principal. JC, was very helpful and treated me like I was a family member, Very nice! Then, the end a nice lady Luisana Colon, very nice gave me a bag with gifts inside, also she set up my service appt in September. Great team a City of Kia.
