Miles, our salesman, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything set up and running on our app before we drove out with our 2027 Telluride!! He answered a million questions and let us test drive at least 4-5 different models before we decided on the Telluride! Joe, in the finance department, made the transaction easy and quick! Raul, the General Manager, makes you feel like family! City KIA is the BEST!!

My team was Edison and Juan. From the moment I walked into City Kia, I could tell the vibe was fun and client friendly. Everyone at this dealership has been extremely nice and helpful and willing to go above and beyond to get you into the right car. I had searched for over a month and test driven many vehicles at many shady dealerships until I found “ The One” , here. I was happy to learn that it is Certified Pre-owned. Also very low mileage. I met Raul, the GM, who was very personable and accommodating with my needs. He quickly addressed an issue with my vehicle and provided a courtesy vehicle for my inconvenience. Joe and Hermon in accessories made my appointment seamless. I was excited to learn about the extended-warranty that was added, with no additional cost to me, as well as the convenience of having my oil changed here regularly. I’m so pleased with my experience thus far, that I will be bringing my daughter to purchase her vehicle as well. I was invited into the “Kia family” and treated as a priority. Highly recommend.

Great customer cares but financing advisor was so rude… unkind. Didn’t explained well which means nothing to explain for finance rate. He just wanted to finish quickly for sign up docs. Very rude. Salesmen Mr. Joe was very kind and trying to help… great salesmen. I bought two cars here. First time, financial advisor was so good. 2nd time was not, as as the first experience, the greatest.
