New review! There is not enough words to describe the gratitude my family and I feel towards the sales team of our local Kia. 7 months ago our previous Kia died & I couldn't afford the repairs. Today I went looking for options as we desperately needed a car & with the help of Job, Leo, Joel, and others we were able to lease a car that not only will pay less than a financed one, but this team went above and beyond to accomodate us & help us out; we were treated like family & not just a sale. We were remembered by several employees that cared for us during the last visit, they remembered how devastated I was & came to greet us like if they saw us the day before. As I write this review crying tears of joy and gratefulness the only thing left to say is that though I swore that I would never buy a Kia again & much less in this location; I take my words back because the sales team proved to me wrong & that it was worth doing business again with them. We're eternally grateful for all the help and for granting us the chance to own a vehicle again when we thought it would be near to impossible. If I could give them 100 stars I would. You have earned my trust once more and have regained a loyal customer. I present you our new Kia Sportage! Update 2026! Big shoutout to the Service Team especially Franco & Abel for being so amazing to us & treat us like family

Currently dealing w/ dealership adding 1500 GAP and misrepresenting it as a fixed price from my bank and not their own doing. Contacted and confirmed with my bank that their GAP pricing is either 520 or 620 and they do not offer 1500 GAP. Called multiple times today with no avail. Left a voicemail for anyone on their finance department with no call back. Highly disappointed with the dishonesty.
