I had an excellent experience with City Kia of Greater Orlando from beginning to end. I contacted several dealerships and asked to handle the initial negotiations electronically because of personal circumstances. Andrew was the only initial representative who immediately respected that request. His responsiveness, flexibility, and no-pressure approach were major reasons I continued with City Kia. Raul then worked with me on pricing and financing. His calm and professional communication truly stood out. I was juggling difficult family circumstances and became frustrated at times, but Raul consistently listened, addressed my concerns, and made me feel understood rather than pressured. The team ultimately found a competitive financing solution and arranged complimentary home delivery when electronic signing was unavailable. Joseph handled the final finance documents. I sent approximately seven questions or concerns about the contract, and he personally called me to review every one. He corrected or added what needed attention and clearly explained anything that could not be changed. His patience and transparency allowed me to feel confident about the final agreement. Sebastian handled the delivery and signing. He respectfully accommodated my mother’s medical condition, gave me all the time I needed to review the paperwork, and voluntarily walked me through the vehicle’s features afterward. From Andrew to Raul, Joseph, and Sebastian, everyone was patient, professional, transparent, and accommodating. They turned what could have been a stressful remote purchase into a smooth experience. I confidently recommend City Kia and its team.

This was my second Kia Telluride purchase from City Kia, and once again they exceeded expectations. Cole in Internet Sales was responsive and straightforward from the start. I worked directly with Edison once I came down to the dealership who was exceptional; genuine, professional, and refreshingly low-pressure, focused on making the experience comfortable and stress-free!!! Id also be remiss not to mention the General Sales Manager (Preston) and Finance Manager (Joseph), who were both great to work with also. City Kia gave me a strong trade-in offer, and the entire process felt smooth, transparent, and customer-focused. What really stood out was the atmosphere where employees seemed happy to be there. So many employees stopped to say congratulations, which made the experience feel personal and special. I usually dread buying a car, but dare I say this team made it enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Great place for a new Kia. I worked with Sebastian, he listened and assisted with me with the vehicle I wanted, to Joseph in finance also broke down each step and was the easiest process i have experienced. Great team work at City Kia.
