Tengo que decir que había estado en al menos 2 dealers de la Florida central , pero no me sentí tan a gusto como en City KIA . Carlos Tamayo la persona que estuvo la mayor parte del tiempo fue excepcional, atento , respetuoso , pero sobre todo hablo como si fuera familia , hasta el día de hoy está pendiente que estemos a gusto si tenemos alguna duda , la señorita Karina wow wow excelente comunicadora . Gracias a todo el equipo de verdad gracias ahora seré Fan # 1 de ustedes gracias

City Kia of Orlando is an excellent place to buy a Kia. Williams Alvarez was very helpful, attentive, and took the time to understand my needs. He explained everything clearly and made the process smooth. Highly recommend the dealership, managers, finance department, customer relation personnel (Karina) and sellers, especially Williams! Later, Jonathan Cordoba helped me with the maintenance in the services department.

Kevin was wonderful and helpful in taking us for a test drive and demonstrating all the features of the car. He was kind and considerate. Gabriel went above and beyond in answering our questions and concerns and was very considerate and kind. And he was very helpful arranging our trade-in. Joseph was also very helpful and kind. He answered our finance questions and explained additional options. Joe and German had the same level of professionalism and courtesy as the rest of the team. Karina explained she was always available to help with our needs.
