Good Morning, First I would like to thank the Customer Service Rep LIBBY who gave EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had questions regarding a recall and getting my brakes done. She was very Professional, Courteous and gave me a 10% discount on my service and scheduled my appointment for the next day! Upon my arrival when I parked my car I met with JOSH he was courteous and assisted me with my what Was going to be done. I bet with my Tech Advisor NATE as we discussed the services that were needed and what I wanted to be done. He is ALWAYS very patient and kind to go over every detail! Finally the Service Technician Ricky Ayala EXCELLENT service my brakes feel brand new! Thank you all for GREAT SERVICE!!!!!
