Went to City Kia to look at the new Tellurides. Walked in and was greeted by a gentleman but I told him I'm just looking. No pressure tactics, very polite and he pointed me to the lot. After approximately 30 minutes I met Myles Wong. We discussed what we were looking for and although they did not have the exact car we wanted, he did suggest I drive one just to make sure it's what we wanted (the Telluride). Myles was very knowledgeable on these vehicles and after a lengthy time on my part, we opted for a a different trim model of the Telluride and decided to make a deal. I did have a trade in, a 2019 Buick Enclave, and they gave more than what I was expecting. An honest fair trade!! I have NEVER been satisfied on a car purchase and I've purchased many (I'm 65). I am completely satisfied with trade and purchase. Myles Wong is the best! He was very patient, not pushy, understood my wants and don't wants and he made sure I was happy. **Advice to City Kia - DON'T LOSE MYLES! I also worked with Jose Rivas in financing. He did his part to explain all the warranties and what I could add. He was thorough but not pushy. I chose what I wanted and did a great job. I was then asked to speak with Luisana Colon in Customer Relations. Wonderful young lady who scheduled our first oil service, gave some nice gifts and made sure we were completely satisfied. Great Dealership, great people, extremely fair pricing. 100% recommend City Kia of Orlando!
