Bought a brand new car from here and its already in for service. This is a known issue and they have no timetable for a fix. They say optimistically it would be 2 weeks but they have seen them take much longer since parts are back ordered. When I spoke to a manager and the service manager they were less than helpful or understanding considering I havent even had the car for 3 days. Why if this is a known issue would you sell the car to someone? And then make me pay for a loaner vehicle? Absolutely appalling the level of service you dont get after your purchase. If it werent for Oscar I do not believe i would still not have answers and would not have my car. Oscar was phenomenal but it shouldnt take a director getting involved to get any answers.

Abel was great! Super accommodating, and kept me updated on everything throughout the process. Upfront and honest about the time it would take on the recall of the new car, but called immediately after it was done. Even despite the chaos of the work, I had his full attention on any questions I had. Thanks Abel for making things smooth!
