I was disappointed with my experience at City Kia. The $40 off coupon was very misleading and still got charged more . I received $40 off a full synthetic oil change, but when I was checking out , I was told the discount only applied if I purchased a package that included a tire rotation as well. That wasn’t clearly explained in the coupon at all !!!! What made the experience even worse was how I was treated by the manager, Mike the service manager. Instead of taking the time to explain the situation respectfully, he was rude, dismissive, and actually told me to “stop talking” while I was trying to ask questions. A manager should be professional, patient, and willing to help customers understand their options not make them feel disrespected and no help at all !!! I don’t mind paying for quality service, but I do expect honest advertising and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the dealership improves both the clarity of its promotions and the way customers are treated by the service manger Mike .

Horrible place.. I took my Kia forte to have fixed on Tiesday and they charged me. $ 7400 . The manager Mike assured the car would be done in a couple days , if not sooner. It's already Friday and noooo call from anybody on the status of my car. I've called multiple times and I've been told is the run around and placed on hold for 8 minutes. Horrible company and service. They are too quick on the money but not to fix it when I need my car . Horrible

My service advisor Jay is the BEST, OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL and also Michael the Manager over the Advisors and Service to make sure everything is running smoothly and professionally. I'm 5 STARS to both of them.

Bought a new 2025 Telluride from City KIA on Sept 1st 2025. Took the car in on March 14th for the 1st oil change. On Mach 28th with less than 8000 miles noticed a chip or peeling of paint under the edge of rear door. A claim was submitted on the 28th was told it would be 3-4 days till I would receiced a call. Reached out to Josh on April 6th and he said he would follow up. No call back from Josh at that point. The next call I made was to have a manager call me. Still no one returned my call. Josh did send a text to let me know a manger would be reaching out as he was leaving the dealership. That was in May. Have called several times asking for Michael and Manny (managers in the service department) to return my call about this issue. Left a message at 8:30 on June 2nd for Manny. Here it is June 3rd at 5:00 pm still no return call.

I love my Kia K5, but my experiences with the service department at City Kia of Greater Orlando have been consistently disappointing. While my sales experience in 2023 was excellent, the service side has been frustratingly inconsistent. There appears to be a high turnover among service advisors, and nearly every visit involves working with someone new. Unfortunately, if I have one decent experience, it often seems to be followed by several frustrating ones. My most recent visit on May 13th was for a nail in my tire, a recall, and an oil change. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, I felt rushed, and I received conflicting information regarding the work performed. After receiving my vehicle back, I continued hearing a noise from the tire and contacted the service department because I was concerned and preparing to travel. I specifically requested a callback regarding what I considered a safety concern and did not receive a timely response. I have also experienced long wait times, incomplete follow through on promised services, conflicting information, and repeated pressure regarding customer survey ratings. Customer satisfaction should be earned through quality service and communication, not requested afterward. In an effort to address my concerns privately, I emailed management directly. Manager Michael did initially reach out, but I was unavailable at the time and returned his call later that day as discussed. I also followed up by text and did not receive any further response. As a result, my concerns remain unresolved. I genuinely love my vehicle, but I no longer feel confident in the service experience at this location.

Michael Vilaomat, thank you for taking care of every thing. I'm looking forward for the spare part to finish the repair.

I recently brought my Telluride in for routine service. The service advisor I worked with, Abel, was professional and helpful, and I had no issues with the work that was actually performed. However, I had a concerning experience with an unsolicited third-party windshield inspection that takes place when you arrive. A representative from this company identified a small chip in my windshield that had been there for some time without issue. The chip was located on the exterior side of the glass, behind the area covered by the rearview mirror housing, so it wasn’t even visible from inside the vehicle. I took down his information and told him I would consider using his company for the repair. After my service was completed, while driving home, I noticed the plastic housing behind my rearview mirror was loose. When I checked the windshield from the outside, that same small chip had suddenly spread into a large crack extending several inches. The timing was more than coincidental, especially given the location of the chip relative to the housing. Why did the housing come loose? It seems that force from the outside might be the culprit. I brought this to the attention of Michael and Oscar in service management, but my concerns were dismissed and attributed to heat, without much effort to investigate further. I can’t say definitively what caused the damage, but the situation raises concerns. It’s also difficult to prove responsibility in a case like this which makes this feel like a shady business practice. What was once a minor, non-urgent issue quickly became something that now needs immediate attention. Most customers won’t complain because you’re coming out of pocket with any money. I’ll be handling the repair through my insurance, but not through the company operating on-site. The cost isn’t the issue, it’s the inconvenience and the overall experience. I think customers should be aware of these third-party inspections happening on-site. I never asked for this “service” to be performed. It created an uncomfortable situation, and I left feeling uneasy about the overall experience. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it’s something other customers should pay attention to. My advice is to refuse the window inspection.
