I had taken my car in a few weeks ago for a routine check as it is a used vehicle and new to me. It came with tints that were darker than I was comfrotable with the same I took it in for service, Brian, who was keeping track of the work being done on my vehicle directed me to accessories where I spoke with Miguel and Aisha. Miguel walked us through the different tints and the pros as well as made the appointment. He took his time with me and my husband with our questions and concerns and made sure we felt comfortable before signing anything and knew what we would be getting. He was kind and friendly throughout and made it a very positive experience.

I made my appointment online, went at my schedule time. Was assigned Daniel he won't over my online request and asked if I had any additional concerns. He walked us around the car and went through the steps for the day. He saw there was a recall on our vehicle so he set us up with that. Due to the length of time and since we met the parameters and was kind enough to send us home. We picked up the car, everything was great and he directed us towards the accessories team as we needed to adjust out tints. Miguel and Aiesha were kinda enough to explain the process and variety and set us up with an appointment. Everyone was very nice and took the time to listen and inform us.
