The initial experience was very concerning. I was informed only after the repairs were completed that I owed $5,763.36, and I had to repeatedly escalate the matter before learning that several warranty claims had not been properly processed. Oscar Platt ultimately took ownership, contacted Smart AutoCare, and reduced my balance significantly, which I sincerely appreciate. However, the lack of communication and financial transparency before the repairs were completed created unnecessary stress and could have resulted in me paying thousands of dollars that should have been covered. I was previously purchasing my vehicles from a competing dealership. I purchased three cars from them, and after the management change, they treated me like a John Smith. I decided it was time to make a change. I went to City Kia, and they made the process so easy. I was used to calling and emailing multiple dealerships to get the best deal. City Kia made it so easy that I didn't even need to think about it. The deal was worked out in an afternoon, and I purchased the vehicle that evening. Huge thanks to Oscar, Rachel, Raul, Gabriel, and the entire City Kia team for a great experience.

Their advertising is very misleading, and that's why they scam people with their sales and supposed promotions when you go to request the services they forced you to pay for. There's always an excuse for not doing it, arguing one reason after another, but they already charged you for it.And when it comes to maintenance, it's even worse. You wait three hours and they never do anything to the car, not even a wash, which would be the bare minimum. The service is terrible; they blame each other, from the workshop to sales. And they never give you a solution; the worst part is that you've already paid for a service they never deliver... In my opinion, they're the worst dealership, and I wouldn't recommend them at all.
