I was lied to instead of assisting me with concerns they lied about the managers name and said it was ORLANDO it’s really Raul Gomila it’s ran by Spanish culture who is quick to sale and quick to turn away if you have a problem. They got the right one bc I’m going all the way to the bank with this one.

My team was Edison and Juan. From the moment I walked into City Kia, I could tell the vibe was fun and client friendly. Everyone at this dealership has been extremely nice and helpful and willing to go above and beyond to get you into the right car. I had searched for over a month and test driven many vehicles at many shady dealerships until I found “ The One” , here. I was happy to learn that it is Certified Pre-owned. Also very low mileage. I met Raul, the GM, who was very personable and accommodating with my needs. He quickly addressed an issue with my vehicle and provided a courtesy vehicle for my inconvenience. Joe and Hermon in accessories made my appointment seamless. I was excited to learn about the extended-warranty that was added, with no additional cost to me, as well as the convenience of having my oil changed here regularly. I’m so pleased with my experience thus far, that I will be bringing my daughter to purchase her vehicle as well. I was invited into the “Kia family” and treated as a priority. Highly recommend.

I initially loved my experience and very happy with our car. However, after having the car for a few days I noticed things that were not disclosed at the point of sale. Like the driver side visor was broken, the driver side back window was scratched and the screen in the car was delaminated. When I asked my sales person Raul about the delamination he said it was an only a screen protector and that we could replace it. They fixed the visor and window however said I would have have to come out of pocket over $1000 to replace the screen because it was not a screen protector it was a defect in delamination in the whole screen. That information was not disclosed at point not sale and I was lead to believe it was a screen protector after the fact. I would have never bought the car at the price it was if I had know I would have to come out an additional $1000+ to fix it. Customer service was fine up until that point, it’s been difficult to get in contact with anyone and i was fed misleading information at the point of sale and then after. I was previously purchasing my vehicles from a competing dealership. I purchased three cars from them, and after the management change, they treated me like a John Smith. I decided it was time to make a change. I went to City Kia, and they made the process so easy. I was used to calling and emailing multiple dealerships to get the best deal. City Kia made it so easy that I didn't even need to think about it. The deal was worked out in an afternoon, and I purchased the vehicle that evening. Jessica Colon and Juan Sabogal kept a loyal customer. For over 12 years bought all my cars (5-6) from CITYKIA. I was very disappointed these recent time and she brought me back. When other sales associates and Finance Managerfrom CityKia say No thats impossible I cant give you that deal. JESSICA COLON took less than 2 hours and got my deal approved. THE VERY truth I had already search for other dealers after their first denial and ask for the same deal I was asking at Citykia other dealers said it was possible but their counter offer was higher by $2,500 so NO OTHER DEALER was able to beat the CITYKIA DEAL. Truth I still believe I shouldn't have to waste a whole day for a deal or searching other dealers. I knew it was possible with CITYKIA thanks that Jessica Colon call to ask about experience and I explain to her she was very understandable and got me the IMPOSSIBLE deal they deny the prior day. Thats why I understand and believe truly CityKia well honor their slogan Noone cant beat a CITYKIA DEAL NOONE. Raul Garida back that up 100%.. Thank you guys. Jessica Colon and Juan Sabogal Christian Rios awesome guy keep up good work but I still got it my way (LOL) no hard feelings but you almost loose a loyal customer. Even that I understand where you coming from watching for the CITYKIA interest is not worth to loose a Loyal Customer like me. We both know for next time what to do.

There was nothing not to like Anthony and the Service group were amazing. That's Anthony. George took care of my concerns. Got me in and out of the dealership in a timely fashion. I'd recommend City Care to anybody Raul and his leadership are amazing.
