I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience, largely thanks to my sales rep, Samer Ezzi. I had a few hiccups with other dealerships and their sales reps before coming here, but once I worked with Samer, he made the entire process really easy, there were no hiccups at all from that point on. From the moment I walked in, Samer was kind, patient, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details before moving forward. On top of that, he genuinely had nothing but great vibes—easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. The dealership itself was also relatively quick throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. I'd highly recommend asking for Samer if you're in the market for a car. My experience at Kia of greater Orlando was excellent! We had a car that we were interested in seeing, after viewing it online. We met with Samer Ezzi, he was so nice and personable! We looked over the car, then a test drive. We really liked the car and we sat with him reviewed the pricing, he did not pressure us at all. He showed great patience with us during the negotiation process. I would highly recommend him and the dealership. There after market area at the showroom is amazing for any add on items you may want.

Buying a car? Go find Samer ASAP. Getting your car serviced? Franco is your guy. He is the best. I literally went into labor at this dealership (this a true story). Samer got paperwork wrapped up so quickly I made it to the hospital in time (I even grabbed BBQ from the truck out front) #pregnantladytings 😂 And when I came back to get it serviced, Franco treated me with the upmost respect and kindness both times. I made an effort to ask for him specifically. Prompt service and transparent communication. That level of service should never go unnoticed. Thanks guys for everything!
