Went in here spur of the moment and after a few hours left with a new car I love and within my budget. Terrence was who assisted me and he was never pushy, he listened to exactly what I needed. Everyone else through the process (JC and Carolina) were friendly and helpful.

We purchased a Kia Carnival and love it but the place itself is really busy and loud. It also seemed like the cars we wanted to see weren't there. However, our salesman Terrence was very knowledgeable, courteous and attentive.

Our only issue was the wait period for seeing the finance manager was very long and not appreciated. We drove into your dealership from an hour away and just wanted to get myself a new vehicle. If it wasn't for Terrence's customer service we would have just left and took our business elsewhere.
